OneDSE (dse.onezion.top) is a mock examination paper generation platform. All papers are ORIGINAL content generated by AI, designed to simulate the format of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination for practice purposes only. OneDSE（dse.onezion.top）是一個模擬試卷生成平台。所有試卷均由AI生成的原創內容，僅供練習用途，旨在模擬香港中學文憑考試（HKDSE）的格式。

2. Mock Paper Disclaimer / 模擬試卷聲明

This platform is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA). All examination papers are independently produced mock papers. Any resemblance to official HKEAA paper format is solely to familiarise candidates with examination conventions. 本平台與香港考試及評核局（HKEAA）沒有任何關聯、認可或贊助關係。所有試卷均為獨立製作的模擬試卷。任何與HKEAA官方試卷格式的相似之處，僅為幫助考生熟悉考試慣例。

3. AI Generation Disclaimer / AI生成免責聲明

Exam content is generated by artificial intelligence. OneDSE makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated content for any specific purpose. Teachers and students are advised to review all generated materials before use. 試卷內容由人工智能生成。OneDSE 對生成內容的準確性、完整性或對任何特定用途的適用性不作任何保證。建議教師和學生在使用前審閱所有生成的材料。

4. Watermark & Traceability / 水印及可追溯性

To protect intellectual property, all generated documents and audio files contain user-identifying forensic identifiers (watermarks). This information is embedded to trace unauthorized redistribution. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to this practice. Unauthorised redistribution may result in legal action. 為保護知識產權，所有生成的文件和音頻文件均包含可追溯用戶身份的取證標識（水印）。此信息用於追查未經授權的傳播。使用本服務即表示您了解並同意此做法。未經授權的傳播可能導致法律追訴。

5. Copyright / 版權

All generated examination papers, audio recordings, and accompanying materials are the intellectual property of OneZion Limited or its licensors. Content is licensed for personal study/teaching use only. Resale, public distribution, or commercial use of generated materials without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. 所有生成的試卷、錄音及附帶材料均為 OneZion Limited 或其許可方的知識產權。內容僅授權用於個人學習/教學用途。嚴禁在未經明確書面許可的情況下轉售、公開傳播或商業使用生成的材料。

6. User Conduct / 用戶行為

You agree not to:

• a) Upload materials containing sensitive personal information of third parties

• b) Use generated content for any illegal purpose

• c) Attempt to remove or tamper with watermarks or forensic identifiers

• d) Systematically scrape or automate access to the platform

您同意不會：

• a) 上傳包含第三方敏感個人信息的材料

• b) 將生成內容用於任何非法目的

• c) 嘗試移除或篡改水印或取證標識

• d) 系統性地抓取或自動化訪問本平台

7. Data Privacy / 數據隱私

Your email address and generation history are used solely for service delivery and quality improvement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Generated content and usage data may be retained for service improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. 您的電郵地址和生成記錄僅用於服務交付和質量改進。我們不會向第三方出售、出租或分享您的個人數據。生成的內容和使用數據可能會被保留以改進服務。您可以聯繫我們請求刪除帳戶及相關數據。

8. Limitation of Liability / 責任限制

OneDSE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OneZion Limited shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to exam results, academic outcomes, or consequential losses. OneDSE 按「現狀」提供，不作任何形式的保證。OneZion Limited 不對因使用或無法使用服務而導致的任何損害負責，包括但不限於考試成績、學術結果或間接損失。

9. Changes to Terms / 條款變更

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the platform. 我們保留更新這些條款的權利。變更後的持續使用即構成接受。重大變更將通過平台通知。
